Refund Policy

Refunds: All Sales are final.

Damaged Items: We pack everything very carefully with excessive bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. All damage claims should be made with the shipping company. Please note that insurance is not included in USPS Media Mail so we don't recommend using that shipping method, but have included it at the request of several customers.
